Eye of the Whale hosts seasonal gatherings in the San Juan Islands that enrich, deepen, and expand creativity, wellness, and a connection to the natural world. Collaborations with fellow art, maker, nature, and wellness leaders provides a faculty of thoughtful expertise and inspiration to share with our program participants.
Eye of the Whale considers not just the How of creativity. We also offer ways to explore the Why that informs personal purpose. In this remarkable island setting, the Where of nature surrounds, reconnecting us with the primal elements that are a cauldron for creativity and purpose building.
Our events and practices take place in a supportive community container for listening, learning, and sharing. You can create new works and experience ways Nature can offer opportunities to better listen to your inner world. Finding your voice, using your hands, holding your truth, tending your heart. More than a flowery notion, these practices are cornerstones of creating a meaningful life.
